Why join Webmart?

Webmart was born in 1996, formed to help people get more out of every type of print – from direct mail and in-store point of sale, to catalogues, leaflets and brochures. Current clients include Microsoft, Marshall Amps, Firebox and Barnado’s.

Because Webmart is a Marxist-capitalist business, profits are shared with employees (after two years’ service) and work perks include free ironing, bike-to-work scheme and a cheeky wind-down on Friday afternoons! Dress code is casual. There is also a free gym on site, free food Fridays, a mobile office van, an eco-house in a Scottish forest by the sea for holidays, the Festival Flyer camper van, counselling services – and way too many other stress and labour-saving innovations to mention here.

The Webmart team are a bunch of genuinely altruistic folks who are deadly serious about pushing the boundaries when adding value to customers, to suppliers and to those less well off. Webmart is carbon-positive and has donated around £500,000 to charity so far. There’s also a strong environmental focus, including advising clients and suppliers on offsetting their carbon footprint and more importantly reducing it.

Chief Webmarteer and CEO Simon Biltcliffe was named ‘Business Person of the Year’ at both the Cherwell Business Awards and Oxfordshire Business Awards last year, in recognition of everything he has achieved both for Webmart and the Webmarteers.
